Transparent Pricing
There are no hidden extras. £50 deposit secures your dates, and the only payment on top of your total booking price is a returnable £100 damage deposit. There are no additional cleaning or insurance or any other charges. You will receive a complimentary Yorkshire Company Hamper with every booking, all linen, towels, wifi, heating and lighting, a free scratchcard for on street parking. Plus our very responsive guest services are on hand to answer your calls or messages.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any pets at Seaspray.
Parking
We provide scratchcards free of charge for every night of your stay which enable you to have free car parking on a first come first served basis in the W zones in the streets which surround Seaspray. All of our guests manage to park but it will be more difficult on Friday nights arriving in the evening in summer to find a space, but usually at all other times there is a space nearby. If you can't find a space there's the West Cliff pay and display car park right next door. (Note that on Whitby Regatta weekend it's pretty impossible to park so we recommend you park early in the day.)
What to leave at home ...
We're thrilled to have you stay at our apartment, which we bought in the autumn of 2020 and fully refurbished. It's a cosy bolt hole for us, and we're excited to share it with you.
The location is simply ideal, just a five-minute walk from the beach and harbour but nestled in a quieter area on the West Cliff. You'll find plenty of small coffee shops, cafes, bars, pubs, and unique shops right on your doorstep, adding to the charm of the area.
Seaspray is positioned on the second floor of a Victorian building. There are two sets of main stairs from the ground floor and inside the apartment there is an entrance hall, living/kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath. We keep a store room locked with supplies for our housekeepers.
